For International Women’s Day 2025, we recognise the leadership, impact and contributions of Keller Women in Construction (KWIC), a global network dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive by supporting professional growth, encouraging diverse perspectives and promoting a culture of respect and opportunity for all.

Across our three divisions - Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East, and North America, KWIC continues to drive meaningful change by:
- The expansion of mentoring programmes to support career growth
- The introduction of focus groups addressing challenges faced by our workforce on-site
- Hosting engaging webcasts and discussions on key industry topics
- Supporting efforts with sourcing inclusive Personal Protective Equipment
- Engaging with local communities through outreach efforts.
Hear from our KWIC leaders

Clare Waldron, KWIC Europe and Middle East Chair, reflects on the growing impact:
"This work isn’t just about supporting women - it’s about making Keller a better place for everyone. Creating visibility, mentorship and support systems helps us attract, retain and develop diverse talent, strengthening our entire organisation."

Thea Raman, KWIC Asia-Pacific Chair, shares why this work is essential:
I’m really excited about our professional development sponsorship because it empowers our people to take initiative and ownership of their learning. It’s a tangible way for us as a company to say: ‘Here’s a resource - go upskill yourself, go network, go grow.

Meredith Paquette, KWIC North America Chair, highlights the importance of inclusion and belonging:
"KWIC is about making sure that everyone at Keller feels supported, heard and valued.”
