Our field roles include superintendents, foremen, drillers, tradesmen, operators, labourers, mechanics, fitters and more. Working with, or managing the wider team, equipment and materials, they ensure safe execution of our projects to specification and schedule.
What makes a great field team member?
Our field teams are highly committed with a strong work ethic and always put safety first. They enjoy working in a diverse team environment across a range of different jobs and travelling to different locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding plans and requirements for construction and ensuring delivery to specification and schedule
- Ensuring tools and equipment are available as required
- Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work
- Working with all levels of staff from labourers to engineers to improve construction methods and resolve issues.
